Let's say you've got a website and you send out periodic messages and notifications to users. But what happens if most of your email never reaches the inbox? Enter SendGrid, a service that lets you deliver legitimate email to registered users by replacing your outbound email infrastructure. We were more than happy to design the user interface, logo and visuals for this service.

User interface

When our crew entered the picture, SendGrid was already up and running and had a sizeable user base. So, first of all, we systematized the service structure and created uniform information architecture.

Since analytics is one of their key service features, we toiled away to optimize the way the graphs were represented and the means of working with them, too.

Also needed was a detailed reworking of the main service tool — the creation and management of the email deliveries.

Logo and icons

Along with a complete redo of their user interface and the creation of new visuals, we designed a new logo. The old one no longer appeared in SendGrid's updated image.

We also created a more uniform style by desiging all the icons for the service and for their promotional site.
